Organiser's Description
We invite you to be a part of our 2nd Annual "Walk the Walk" Recovery Celebration and Walk with Heal Holistic Journey on September 14th, as well as participate virtually at your convenience throughout the entire month of September. This year, our focus is on supporting two vital programs within our organization.
Firstly, we are raising funds to bolster our Peer Support Program tailored specifically for the Military Population. This program plays a crucial role in providing a supportive and understanding environment for military personnel as they navigate the challenges of recovery and mental well-being.
Secondly, the funds raised will directly contribute to our Wellness Outreach Program, where holistic practitioners offer healing modalities such as massage, reiki, and sound therapy. These services are designed to complement traditional treatment approaches and provide individuals dealing with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and various addictions with holistic tools for their journey to wellness. Additionally, the program offers valuable resources and educational opportunities to empower individuals in their recovery process.
By participating in our event and supporting our cause, you are actively contributing to the betterment of the lives of those in need within our community. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and offer hope and healing to individuals on their path to recovery and holistic well-being.
