Get ready to lace up your running shoes for the 45th Annual Walton Raider Chase on Saturday, February 8, 2025! This exciting 5K event will take place in Marietta, Cobb, and promises a fantastic day of community spirit and athletic achievement. Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to join in the fun while supporting the Walton Cinder Club for Track and Field and Cross Country.
With a course designed for speed featuring minimal hills, participants can look forward to achieving their personal bests as they race from start to finish at Walton High School. The event will culminate in an exhilarating Olympic-style track finish, and there will be age group prizes to celebrate the achievements of all competitors. Don’t forget to pick up your race bibs and T-shirts at Big Peach on Johnson Ferry Rd between 4-7 PM on February 7th, or you can sign up and grab your bibs on race day! Join us for a day filled with Raider Pride and community camaraderie!

Runners, walkers, come one, come all! Come support the Walton Cinder Club for Track and Field and Cross Country. Join us for the 45th Annual Walton Raider Chase! Considered to be one of the long-standing 5K races in Marietta, the race is expected to generate fast times as the course is composed of few hills and starts and finishes at Walton High School. The Walton Raider Chase 5K will be a celebration of both running and Raider Pride. Enjoy an Olympic style track finish and age group prizes!
