Join us for the exhilarating Wheel Run for Meals on Saturday, May 16, 2026, in Beloit, Wisconsin! This exciting event features both a 10K run and a 5K run/walk, all while supporting the incredible work of Beloit Meals on Wheels. Whether you're an elite runner or simply looking for a fun and challenging walk, this race caters to all fitness levels. The scenic course starts at the corner of Maple Avenue and Shore Drive, leading you over the picturesque Ken Hendricks Memorial Bridge and along the beautiful Steve Gregg Memorial Path by the Rock River, all the way around the serene lagoon at Riverside Park. With its flat and fast terrain, it's the perfect opportunity to set a personal best!
Participants can look forward to chip-timed races and the chance to win awards for the top male and female finishers in each age group for both distances. Early registration is encouraged, with fees set at just $20 for adults and $15 for children (under 17) if completed by May 16th, including a race t-shirt if ordered by May 2nd. On race day, entry fees increase slightly, but the fun and community spirit remain priceless! Remember, all proceeds go directly to Beloit

Organiser's Description
Wheel Run for Meals is a 10K run and 5K run/walk, that benefits Beloit Meals on Wheels. Whether you are an elite athlete, run for fun, or just looking for a challenging walk, this race is all three. Our scenic course begins at our new location on the corner of Maple Avenue and Shore Drive, over the Ken Hendricks Memorial Bridge, then picks up the Steve Gregg Memorial Path on the Rock River and around the lagoon at Riverside Park and back. This is a very flat and fast course.
Courses Chip timed.
Awards to be given:
. 5K and 10K - 1st, 2nd, 3rd place male and female finishers by age group
. Top male and female overall finishers in 5K and 10K - $ 100.00
Entry Fee:
BY MAY 16TH: Adults $20.00, Children (under 17) $15 (includes t-shirt before May 2, 2025)
ON RACE DAY: Adults $25.00, Children (under 17) $20 (includes t-shirt before May 2, 2025)
