This exciting camp invites student-athletes from 6th to 12th grade to dive into a week-long immersive experience designed to enhance their running skills and prepare them for the upcoming Track & Field season. Over the course of the week, participants will engage in daily sessions from 4-6 PM, culminating in a special Saturday session from 8:00-10:00 AM.
At the Winter Running Camp, students will learn valuable techniques such as proper warm-up drills, running form, and injury prevention strategies through runner-specific strength training. Each day includes a 20-30 minute run, alongside education on mobility, flexibility, nutrition planning, and goal setting. We invite student-athletes from 6th grade - 12th grade to experience an immersive camp dedicated to running education and growth hosted by Fitness Sports in Clive, IA! Get prepared for the 2025 Track & Field season with a foundational build and new skills to maximize their abilities and prevent injuries!

WHAT STUDENTS WILL EXPERIENCE:
