Event summary
This year, the program features three engaging sessions. Session 1, tailored for water babies and preschool-aged children, runs from June 9 to June 26. Sessions 2 and 3, designed for swimmers of all levels, will take place from June 30 to August 6 and July 1 to August 7, respectively. With lessons scheduled between 9 AM and 12 PM, participants will have the chance to learn essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment. Organiser's Description
The Woodberry Hills Swim Club offers swim lessons conforming to the six levels of the Red Cross learn-to-swim program. Our lessons are open to members and non-members alike.
Registration Fee:
- Members $90. _MEMBERSHIP WILL NEED TO BE VERIFIED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS RATE. IF MEMBERSHIP IS NOT VERIFIED, THE BALANCE OF THE FEE WILL NEED TO BE PAID BEFORE BEGINNING THE LESSON. _

Please register your child based on previous lesson experience. The pool manager and instructors will make the final determination on the proper level for your child.
Please also make sure to register for the proper session for the swim lessons.
NEW THIS YEAR: SESSION 2 WILL RUN MONDAY AND WEDNESDAYS FOR 6 WEEKS STARTING 6/20/2025. SESSION 3 WILL RUN TUESDAY AND THRUSDAYS FOR 6 WEEKS STARTING 7/1/2025.
* Session 1 will run from June 9-26 and will be for water babies and pre-school aged children.
* Session 2 will run MONDAY AND WEDNESDAYS from 6/30/2025 through 8/6/2025.
* Session 3 will run TUESDAY AND THURSDAYS from 7/1/2025 through 8/7/2025.
Sessions 2 and 3 will accommodate all levels from pre-school to Red Cross level 6 swimmers. Start times for lesson groups will be between 9am - 12pm. _ _
Please note the following for session 1 water babies and pre-school lessons: Enrollment minimums will have to be met in order to run these sessions. Parents of children in the water babies class (ages 0-2) will be expected to be in the water with their child. Parent participation in the pre-school class will depend on the child's ability and comfort level in the water. Some children will require their parents to be in the water with them.
