Join us for the vibrant WVMTR Annual Meeting on Sunday, July 26, 2026, in the beautiful town of Fayetteville, West Virginia! This exciting day kicks off at 9:00 AM at Fayetteville Town Park, where participants can enjoy guided runs of various distances, perfect for runners of all levels. After working up an appetite, gather for a delicious lunch featuring pizza provided by WVMTR at the Ascend WV Cooperative Work Building at noon.
The event is free, but registration is required to ensure we have your e-signed waiver and emergency information on file. Both members and non-members are warmly welcomed to join in this fun community gathering. The afternoon will include a General Membership Meeting at 1:00 PM, giving everyone the chance to share their thoughts and help shape the future of the club, followed by a Board of Directors Meeting at 2:30 PM. Don’t miss this wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow runners, enjoy great food, and contribute to the club’s direction!

Organiser's Description
The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held in Fayetteville, WV. We will meet at Fayetteville Town Park for a group run. Then go the Ascend WV Cooperative Work Building for the meeting and lunch.
This is a WVMTR Club Event that has no registration fee, but participants must register so there is an e-signed waiver and emergency information available. Members and non-members are welcome!
SCHEDULE:
* 9:00 am: Doing what a running club does best! Guided runs of various distances are planned.
* 12:00 pm: Lunch. Pizza provided by WVMTR. Please bring drinks to supplement.
* 1:00 pm: General Membership Meeting. This meeting offers club members an opportunity to give input and direction to WVMTR and to gain insight into current positions and future goals.
* 2:30 pm: Board of Directors Meeting.
