Participate in VADM Martin Fitness Center's first fitness event challenge of 2025. Depending on your fitness level, you have the choice to Complete all 10 fitness challenges (recommended) or half of the exercises (5) and receive a Finisher T-Shirt. Are you ready for the challenge??

* Lap Run - 10 Tire Flips

* Lap Run - Farmers Carry

* Lap Run - 25 CAL Air Bike
STATION VI
* Lap Run - 25 CAL SkiErg

* Lap Run - 500 M ROW
STATION VIII
* Lap Run - 20 Box Jumps

* Lap Run - 50M Walking Lunges

* Lap Run - 20 Burpees
