The race begins promptly at 7:00 AM, with packet pickup and same-day registration from 6:00 AM to 6:45 AM.
But the fun doesn’t stop at the finish line! After the race, stick around for a day full of festivities, including the state's largest community slip 'n slide, delicious offerings from local food trucks, and live music to keep the energy high. As the sun sets, be sure to catch the grand finale: a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the night sky over the water. Kick off your 4th of July with a historic stride! This year, Dardanelle is pulling out all the stops for a massive, family-friendly Independence Day celebration at Veterans Memorial Riverfront Parkand we are starting the day on the right foot.
Whether you're a competitive runner or just looking for a morning walk with the family, come out for the inaugural Yell County Freedom 4-Miler as we celebrate 250 years of American liberty!
