This fun-filled, "spooky themed" race invites runners of all levels to enjoy the scenic Santa Fe Trail for 1.1 miles before finishing with a lap around the picturesque Palmer Lake.
But that's not all! The event features a Kids Monster Dash Fun Run, a free event for children 12 and under, covering a fun-filled 0.8-mile loop around the lake. Costumes and "Spirit" wear are highly encouraged, making this a fantastic opportunity for families to celebrate Halloween in style while supporting a great cause. Organiser's Description
Our 16th annual "spooky themed" race starts at the Palmer Lake Regional Recreation Area. We head down the scenic Santa Fe Trail for 1.1 miles, then turn back and finish with a lap around Palmer Lake. This is sure to be a fun day for everyone! Our Kids Monster Dash Fun Run is free and for kids 12 and under. Its one fun lap around Palmer Lake (0.8 miles). Costumes and "Spirit" wear encouraged! _ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE CREEPY CRAWL 5K BENEFIT THE YMCA AND PROVIDE SUPPORT TO A FAMILY OR INDIVIDUAL IN NEED. _
