Get ready for an exciting adventure with the Zoomerangs! Kids Running Program, taking place from April 12 to May 31, 2026, in West Hartford, Capitol. This engaging and non-competitive running program is specifically designed for children aged 12 and under, providing them with a fantastic opportunity to run, make friends, and build endurance. Each Sunday from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, kids will gather at the fields behind Webster Hill Elementary School for six fun-filled sessions, with two rain dates included. For just $50 per child, participants will not only enjoy a supportive environment but also have the chance to earn special charms and candy as they complete laps!
The program culminates in an exciting goal race—the Celebrate West Hartford! Kid's K or 5K on June 7. By signing up by April 5, kids will even receive a FREE Zoomerangs T-shirt to commemorate their journey. Join us for this uplifting experience that fosters a lifelong love for running while empowering your children to reach their personal goals!

If your kids like to run, we've got a fun program just for them: Zoomerangs! This non-competitive, casual running program is designed for kids ages 12 & under.
DATES: Sundays from April 12 - May 31 from 3:30-4:30pm
LOCATION: At the fields behind Webster Hill Elementary School
COST: $50 per child

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Zoomerangs provides kids with the opportunity to have fun running, make friends and get stronger/build endurance, so they can perform better in other sports (or rock the mile in gym class). Most of all, our goal is to empower kids to accomplish their goals and instill in them a lifelong love of running. It's also a great opportunity for mom or dad to spend quality time with your kids - and get in shape too (if you can keep up!).
Starting April 12, we will meet on Sundays for 6 sessions with two rain dates.
