Halsey Public Library
The Halsey Public Library Book-It 5K is a fundraiser event for our small rural public library in the Mid-Willamette Valley. It is a family friendly race in beautiful farm land and all proceeds go directly to the library for programs and materials benefitting the kids and community as a whole.
