Ohio is full of twisting trails and long open roads to take on a Gran Fondo. Search our comprehensive listings of bike races in Ohio 2026 - 2027 and find your perfect race. Gran Fondos are steeped in Italian heritage where the first non-competitive long rides took place. Since then you can find them across the United States. Don’t be concerned though, not all races are hundred-mile epics. Events range from 25 miles to over 300 so whatever distance you have in mind you’ll be able to find the perfect challenge. The Buckeye state is a particular hotspot for gravel riding. Events such as the Black Fork Gravel Grinder are a must-do for fans of getting off the beaten track. If you fancy something a little quirkier check out the Tour de Donut where your ability to eat donuts is just as useful as the power in your legs.
