This is an out-and-back route on the W&OD Trail.
Join us on SUNDAY, November 17, 2024, for our 13th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K. This fundraiser benefits Columbia's Spend Yourself® World Hunger ministries in Falls Church, Haiti, and Zambia. The registration fee covers costs such as t-shirts, giveaways, and advertising, but donations are what allows us to continue God's work in Northern Virginia, the Haitian village of La Begue, and the villages in Muchila, Zambia.
