ADULT700 meter swim in lake, 12.4 mile bike ride, and 5 km run.
YOUTH10-15 years old: 225 meter pool swim, 6.2 mile bike ride, and 2 km run6-11 years old: 75 meter pool swim, 3.1 mile bike ride, and 1 km run
