Join us for the 15th Annual Stuffing the Pantry 5K Run/Walk on Thursday, November 26, 2026, in East Longmeadow, Hampden! This uplifting event kicks off at 8:00 AM at the Stanley Black and Decker American Saw facility, bringing together the community to support neighbors facing food insecurity. Over the past 14 years, this incredible initiative has raised around $500,000 and contributed thousands of pounds of food to Open Pantry Community Services, Inc., which has never been more crucial given the current economic challenges.
Participants can choose to run the 5K or enjoy a scenic two-mile walk, with a virtual option also available for those who prefer to join from home. Race check-in begins at 7:00 AM, and early pickup is offered at Fleet Feet in Longmeadow on November 24 and 25 from 12 PM to 6 PM. Every registration and donation goes directly to the Open Pantry, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need. Organiser's Description
This is the 15th Annual 5K race and two-mile walk to benefit our neighbors who face food insecurity. We have been able to donate around $500,000 as well as thousands of pounds of food to Open Pantry Community Services, Inc. over the last 14 years. Due to current economic hardships, the needs being addressed by the Open Pantry have never been greater.
This year's events will be in-person with a virtual option available as well. The race will be on Thanksgiving morning at 8:00 AM and will be at the Stanley Black and Decker American Saw facility.
Race Check-In: 7:00AM at American Saw with early pickup available at Fleet Feet, 680 Bliss Street, Longmeadow, MA Tuesday, November 24 and Wednesday November 25 from 12-6.
