THE 1 MILE COURSE WILL BE IN THE FORM APPEX. SWIMMERS WILL ENTER THE WATER, OUT IN AN APPEX TRIANGLE AND THEN EXIT THE WATER THROUGH A FINISH CHUTE. THIS COURSE IS UNIQUE AND SPECTATOR FRIENDLY.
**NEW FOR 2025**
WE ARE ADDING A 5K BEACH RUN. THE RUN WILL BE ON THE BEACH AND THE MAJORITY OF THE RUN WILL BE ALONG THE WATER ON THE HARD PACKED SAND. WE ARE ALSO ADDING A 1 MILE KIDS RUN.
DOUBLE DOWN CHALLENGE
Looking for a challenge? Why not participate in the 5k and the swim? You must sign up for both events individually.
PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A SWIM CAP, T-SHIRT AND PROFESSIONAL CHIP TIMING.
