In addition to the swim, this year introduces an exhilarating 5k beach run, where participants will race along the hard-packed sand, with stunning ocean views as their backdrop. For the little ones, a 1-mile kids run is also in the lineup, ensuring that the whole family can join in on the fun! Challenge yourself with the Double Down Challenge by signing up for both the swim and the 5k, and don’t forget to collect your swim cap, T-shirt, and professional chip timing. THE 1 MILE COURSE WILL BE IN THE FORM APPEX. SWIMMERS WILL ENTER THE WATER, OUT IN AN APPEX TRIANGLE AND THEN EXIT THE WATER THROUGH A FINISH CHUTE. THIS COURSE IS UNIQUE AND SPECTATOR FRIENDLY.
**NEW FOR 2025**
WE ARE ADDING A 5K BEACH RUN. THE RUN WILL BE ON THE BEACH AND THE MAJORITY OF THE RUN WILL BE ALONG THE WATER ON THE HARD PACKED SAND. WE ARE ALSO ADDING A 1 MILE KIDS RUN.
DOUBLE DOWN CHALLENGE
Looking for a challenge? Why not participate in the 5k and the swim? You must sign up for both events individually.
PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE A SWIM CAP, T-SHIRT AND PROFESSIONAL CHIP TIMING.

Top Beach Patrol (top 4 times on team are used to determine team score)

EVENT IS PRESENTED BY THE WILDWOOD BEACH PATROL AND EVEN KIEL RACING
Race Day Schedule:
Parking: Parking will be street parking or in the lots.
Check in: Please use the Lincoln Ave beach entrance. Check in will be done by the main life guard stand down on the beach. Check in will begin at 8am
Races: 5k starts at 9am. Swim starts at 10:30.
