This exciting event will take place in the picturesque North Park, located in Allison Park, Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, PA. Participants will race through beautiful tree-lined streets, covering a distance of 5K (3.1 miles) while raising awareness and funds for bleeding disorders.
Registration kicks off at 7:30 AM, with the race starting at 8:30 AM. Don’t miss the chance to secure your spot early; online registration closes at 6:00 PM on the day prior, September 5. Each runner will receive a technical race t-shirt, goody bag, and a medal to commemorate their achievement. Plus, there's a virtual option available for those who prefer to run in their favorite locations! Join us for a day filled with camaraderie, purpose, and fun as we unite to support the Western PA Bleeding Disorder Foundation!

Join us for the 16th Annual Run for Their Lives 5K happening in-person on September 6, 2025! Your participation will help raise awareness of bleeding disorders and help raise needed funds for education and advocacy. Run through beautiful tree-lined streets in North Park, located in northern Allegheny County, just north of Pittsburgh, PA.
ONLINE RUN REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 6:00 PM ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5. IN-PERSON REGISTRATION WILL BEGIN AT 7:30 AM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6!

VIRTUAL RUN FOR THEIR LIVES 5K
Our hybrid run gives you the choice to join us in-person on September 6 in North Park or be a virtual runner and run one of your favorite courses! No matter where you run, youre still raising critical awareness and funds to support those affected by bleeding disorders in Western Pennsylvania!
Registration for virtual runners is $25 and includes a t-shirt, race medal, and goody bag. Virtual runners have the option to have their race packets/bags mailed to them for an additional fee or free pick-up at the WPBDF office located at:
