This exciting 5K Run/Walk event is the perfect way to get active while the turkey is cooking, bringing together the community for a fun-filled race. Registration is available on-site for $35 on race day, with check-in and packet pickup starting at 7:30 a.m. and the race beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m.
Participants will compete for awards in various categories, including the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as age group awards for runners aged 14 and under, all the way up to 70 and above. With over $500 in prizes up for grabs, this event promises to be both competitive and rewarding. Plus, all proceeds from the race benefit Prevent Child Abuse Rowan and The Terrie Hess House, making it a meaningful way to give back this holiday season. Course Description - Take a right out of the Forum. Travel up South Main Street then right on Airport Rd. Take a right on Airport Loop Road then another right onto Red Acres Road. Finally, take a left back onto South Main Street traveling north ending at the Forum.
