Join us for the 1st Annual For You 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, April 26, 2025, in beautiful Jefferson City, Cole. This heartfelt event is dedicated to supporting families who have experienced the profound loss of a child through miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss. Participants can honor their beloved little ones, including Baby Walter Francis Conner and Baby Augustus Marshall Conner, who were born sleeping on April 17, 2022.
The race kicks off from the large parking lot on W Edgewood Drive, featuring a flat, down-and-back route that's perfect for all fitness levels. Whether you choose to walk, jog, or run, this event is all about movement and remembrance. Registration is just $15, which includes a race t-shirt if you sign up by April 21, 2025. Children aged 10 and under can participate for free, although they won't receive a t-shirt. Come together with a community that understands and supports, and feel free to bring a photo or memento of your child to cherish during the event. Let’s make memories and celebrate the lives of those we've lost in a positive and uplifting environment!

_THE FOR YOU 5K RUN/WALK IS DEDICATED TO FAMILIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED THROUGH MISCARRIAGE, STILLBIRTH, INFANT LOSS, AND/OR CHILD LOSS AT ANY AGE. THIS EVENT IS HELD IN LOVING MEMORY OF BABY WALTER FRANCIS CONNER AND BABY AUGUSTUS MARSHALL CONNER (AKA WALLY AND AUGGIE CONNER) WHO WERE BORN SLEEPING ON APRIL 17TH, 2022. _
ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER TO RECEIVE A RACE BIB. THE $15 EVENT REGISTRATION FEE WILL COVER THE COST OF A RACE T-SHIRT (MUST REGISTER BY 4/21/25 TO BE GUARANTEED A T-SHIRT). CHILDREN AGES 10 AND UNDER ARE FREE AND DO NOT REQUIRE REGISTRATION, BUT WILL NOT RECEIVE A RACE T-SHIRT. IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING FOR YOUR BABY OR CHILD THAT HAS PASSED AWAY, YOU'RE ENCOURAGED TO BRING A PHOTO, TEDDY BEAR, BLANKET, OR WHATEVER YOU HAVE THAT REMINDS YOU OF THEM; HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT REQUIRED.
