GET READY, PORTLAND! JOIN US FOR THE 1ST ANNUAL RUN FOR RESILIENCE OSTOMY 5K ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD AS WE COME TOGETHER TO CELEBRATE OSTOMY AWARENESS DAY WITH PURPOSE, PRIDE, AND A WHOLE LOT OF HEART.

This family-friendly event is more than just a run, its a celebration of strength, community, and resilience. Enjoy a vibrant morning filled with local vendors, great food, music, and plenty of fun for all ages. Bring your friend and family and meet us at the beautiful Laurelhurst Park for a day you wont want to miss.

CREATE OR JOIN A RACE GROUP/TEAM!
Once youve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one thats already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other. Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own), order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you! (Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser. To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.)


FUNDRAISING - RAISE $150 OR MORE AND YOUR REGISTRATION FEE WILL BE REFUNDED!
Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K. Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
