The main race starts at 9:45 AM, and participants are encouraged to arrive by 8:30 AM to join in the Monster Mash warm-up and enjoy all the thrilling activities. Registration for the 5K is free for kids aged 0 to 9, while participants aged 10 to 18 can register for just $30. Prizes will be awarded for various costume categories, ensuring everyone has the chance to shine. The Rockland Road Runners To Infinity & Beyond Halloween 5K will be a fun event for kids and adults. The money raised will go to the Jordyn Seiden Memorial Fund which will benefit kids who struggle with mental illness and intellectual developmental issues.
Race day fun begins at 8:45 AM and includes a Kids Fun Run, a costume contest, marching band, a clown, DJ Drewski, face painting, a pumpkin patch, apple cider, and more. The race starts at 9:45am
We encourage you to arrive early so you, your kids, family, and friends can ALL enjoy all the Halloween-themed activities. Plan to be there by 8:30 AM so you dont miss the Monster Mash warm-up and the East Ramapo Marching Band kicking off the event at 8:45 AM with a march-in to Michael Jacksons Thriller.
Registration for the 5k for kids 0 to 9 is free, and for children 10 to 18 will be discounted to $30.
There will be awards for all age groups by decade, and awards for costumes. For costumes, ages 0-9, 10-17, and 18 and above will be awared based on most creative, funniest, scariest and best hair.
