The Biz Dash 5K, affectionately known as "St. Louis' Healthiest Happy Hour," invites runners and walkers of all levels to join their company teams or register with the Sports Foundation team if their business is not participating. Registration is just $45 per participant, which includes a stylish Biz Dash t-shirt, a reusable insulated tote bag, a complimentary post-race beverage, and a race bib with a timing strip. Don't miss out—registration fees increase after April 22, and team registration closes on May 14 at noon. The 10th Annual Biz Dash 5K presented by World Wide Technology returns this spring to Energizer Park on Thursday, May 22 in Downtown St. Louis! The Team Village will be open from 5-9pm. The 5K is tentatively scheduled to start at 7pm.
Promote health and wellness in the workplace and encourage everyone to get outside and be active. Known as "St. Louis' Healthiest Happy Hour," the Biz Dash combines fitness, team bonding, and fun! All levels of runners and walkers are encouraged to participate for their company team. If your business isnt involved, you can register on the Sports Foundation team (general public) and join in the fun!
REGISTRATION IS $45 PER PARTICIPANT AND INCLUDES:

The Biz Dash is all about inclusion, so everyone from your office is encouraged to get involved no matter their fitness level.
The Biz Dash 5K was created in 2016 and is produced by the St. Louis Sports Commission.

Through several innovative programs and platforms, the St. Louis Sports Foundation the 501(c)(3) charitable affiliate of the St. Louis Sports Commission promotes sportsmanship in the community and fosters a culture of kindness, respect, civility and selflessness. The Foundation also serves as the umbrella organization for the Sports Commissions Olympic Legacy initiative, which aims to positively impact St. Louis through its opportunities as an Olympic City.
