This is a 12 week training program geared for the November 16th St. Pete Run Fest Half Marathon or other mid to late November races such as Wine & Dine Half Marathon, Turkey Trots, and Space Coast Half Marathon.

With Fleet Feets Training Program Powered by On, youll follow a holistic training plan designed to help you build the habits, mindset, and fitness you need to cross the finish line feeling strong and empowered.

Training for a half marathon isn't just about logging miles. Its about facing challenges, tackling different types of runs, building strength, and making space for rest and recovery.

With our program, youll connect with other runners, grow together, and benefit from expert Fleet Feet running coaches every step of the way.

Heres what you can expect:

* A 12 week half marathon training plan to follow
* In-person support for accountability, camaraderie, and fun
* Warm up and cool down exercises to make every run smoother
* Twice weekly recommended strength routines to build strength and prevent injury
* Mobility and cross-training exercises to balance your training
* Tips from coaches and fit experts on gear, nutrition, recovery, mobility, and more

* Opportunities to train together each week:

* Tuesday evening training runs with the coach will be more speed oriented at Payne Park, Benderson Park, or a track in the Sarasota/Lakewood Ranch area.
* Thursday evenings will be optional with the 6pm Fleet Feet Sarasota Thursday night fun run group, including their demo runs and other special events.
* Sunday morning long runs with the coach will be from Fleet Feet Sarasota, Benderson Park, Rothenbach Park, and other nearby parks.
