The day kicks off at 8:00 A.M. with lively music from a DJ, delicious coffee, hot chocolate, and tasty snacks to fuel your energy. At 9:00 A.M., lace up your running shoes and hit the course for the Frosty 5K, followed by an awards ceremony at 10:00 A.M.
All participants will receive a commemorative long-sleeve t-shirt and the coveted 2024 Finisher Medal. Don’t miss out on the chance to snag a Frosty 5K hydrosling bottle cooler if you’re among the first 400 registrants! Plus, gather your friends for a discount when registering as a group of four or more. With a virtual option also available for those who prefer to participate from home, this event is accessible to everyone. 8:00 A.M. EVENT OPENS WITH DJ, COFFEE, HOT CHOCOLATE, AND SNACKS
8:45 A.M. FROSTY AND WALNUT WARM-UP
9:00 A.M. FROSTY 5K
10:00 A.M. AWARDS
Come back to join us for Merry Main Street starting at 3 p.m.!
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
* All participants receive a commemorative Frosty 5K long-sleeve t-shirt and the 2024 Finisher Medal.
* The first 400 registrations completed receive the Frosty 5K hydrosling bottle cooler. We made a mistake and gave out to first 400 to pick up. We apologize for messing this up and will find a way to try to make it up to you.
* Groups of 4 or more on a single transaction will receive a $5 per person discount.
* $36 Frosty 5K
$30 Virtual Option for Frosty 5K. Virtual participants must pick up during normal packet pick up or pay $11 per person shipping.
* Contact the race director if you have a team of 15 or more people for large team options or to pay for a large team on one invoice.
OTHER FEES & PAYMENT INFORMATION

* $5 late fee for day-of registration
* Virtual Participants must pick up their materials at normal Packet pickup dates and times on December 4th & 5th.
* No refunds for this event including:
*Race Day cancellation due to inclement weather
*In the case of forced cancellation, all registrations will be converted to virtual participants

CANINE COMPANIONS
DOGS ARE WELCOME TO PARTICIPATE ALONGSIDE THEIR OWNERS, HOWEVER, ACCORDING TO THE CITY'S ORDINANCE, ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH AND HAVE UP-TO-DATE VACCINATIONS. RUNNERS RACING WITH A CANINE COMPANION WILL START THE RACE AT THE REAR OF THE PACK OF PARTICIPANTS.

NO KID OR ADULT SHOULD HAVE TO SIT ON THE SIDELINES BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL CONSTRAINTS! THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR COMMUNITY TO PLAY.
