HOW FAST CAN YOU RUN A MILE?!

MYAA Track & Field is proud to host the 2025 MEDFORD MILE RUN at SHAWNEE HIGH SCHOOL on SATURDAY, MAY 10, 2025 at 3 PM!

REGISTRATION CLOSES ON THURSDAY, MAY 8TH AT 11:59 PM. MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED TO RUN!

The mile will start with our youngest participants and end with the adults with rolling start times. Runners will be grouped with similar age/ability groups. Join us for fun, food, field events, and of course, A PROFESSIONALLY TIMED MILE RUN!

All ages welcome and encouraged to participate! Youth runners ages 6-17 run for free! Awards given to top 3 finishers in each age/gender group!

Shot put, discus, turbo jav (in this order) and long jump will also be contested, starting at 3:30 p.m. Shot put and turbo jav are open to athletes born in 2007 through 2018 (turning 6 through 18 this year). Discus is open to athletes born in 2007 through 2014 (turning 11-18 this year). Implements will be provided, but participants are allowed to bring their own.

Long jump is open to athletes born in 2007 and later (turning 18 this year and younger).

All proceeds go to the MYAA Track & Field Club. We thank you for your support and can't wait to see you on the track!
