Join us on Saturday, November 22, 2025, in beautiful Covington, St. Tammany, for the 3rd Annual Power of Pearl Lung Cancer Walk! This uplifting event celebrates lung cancer awareness and honors those who have bravely faced this illness. Participants are invited to walk together in solidarity, whether to support lung cancer survivors or to remember loved ones who have inspired us with their strength.
The day will kick off with the exciting Power of Pearl Kid's Fun Run, followed by the main walk event, where attendees can enjoy motivational survivor stories, live music by Tyler Kinchen & The Right Pieces, and delicious food. Our Resource Village will feature medical experts offering valuable information on lung cancer prevention, early screening options, and resources for those at high risk. Don’t miss this chance to unite for a great cause, make lasting memories, and learn more about lung health in a vibrant, community-focused atmosphere!

St. Tammany Health System, Presenting Sponsor, Chevron, and our host, the City of Covington, invite you to the 3rd Annual St. Tammany UNITED in Lung Health Power of Pearl Lung Cancer Walk. Join survivors, and families and friends as they walk to promote lung cancer awareness or walk in memory of a loved one who harnessed the Power of Pearl during their journey. Enjoy inspirational survivor stories, live music, great food, and countless resources. In our Resource Village medical experts will provide education on lung cancer prevention; screening options to identify lung cancer in its early stages when survival rates are highest; and risk factors and screening options if you or a loved one is at high-risk for lung cancer.
New this year, Power of Pearl Kid's Fun Run! The kid's fun run will kick off our event, with the Power of Pearl Walk to follow.
