This exciting event celebrates the legacy of Abigail Bastien, a beloved Sandusky Central Catholic graduate and passionate athlete. Participants will not only enjoy a spirited 5K run featuring lively color stations, but for the first time, there will be a Kids Fun Run for children ages 12 and under, ensuring that runners of all ages can join in the fun!
Each participant will receive a race t-shirt and colorful powder to enhance the experience. All proceeds from this joyful run will go directly to the Abigail Bastien Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to deserving student-athletes at both Sandusky Central Catholic and Perkins High School. Join us for a day filled with color, community, and camaraderie as we honor Abigail's memory and promote her love for running!

Organiser's Description
Come join us for the ninth annual All for Abs Memorial 5K in honor of 2016 Sandusky Central Catholic (SCCS) graduate, Abigail Bastien. This will be our fourth year doing a Color Run, which will include color stations. For the first time this year, we will also be doing a Kids Fun Run for children ages 12 and under. Each runner will receive a race t-shirt and color powder.
All proceeds raised through this event will be placed in the Abigail Bastien Scholarship Fund, which is used to award two annual scholarships to a graduating SCCS and Perkins High School student athlete.
Abigail (Abs) was the class president, member of numerous clubs, an incredible athlete, and an all-around leader. After graduating, she pursued her dream of studying molecular and cellular biology at Johns Hopkins University. Abigail was spending the summer in Baltimore performing lab research when on July 13th, 2017, she unexpectedly passed away. While she had many defining characteristics, one of Abigails greatest loves was running. Throughout high school she was one of the top Track & Field athletes and accumulated countless awards, including a state medal. She continued her passion collegiately after being recruited for the Johns Hopkins Track & Field team.
