Join us for the exciting 2026 Running of the Rams 5K on Friday, May 8th, 2026, in beautiful Bartlett, Shelby! This annual event kicks off at 6:30 PM and promises a fun-filled evening for the whole family. Participants can enjoy a scenic 5K run/walk, and the first 400 finishers will receive a special finisher's medal.
This year's festivities include a vibrant food truck area and a kids' zone, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. Each registered runner (excluding ghost runners and Rams of Tomorrow Fun runners) will receive a $10 wristband to indulge in delicious food from local vendors. Plus, all Rams of Tomorrow Fun Run participants will also be awarded a unique finisher's medal!
Come out and support a wonderful cause, as all proceeds from the event will benefit Oak Elementary School, specifically for playground improvements. Organiser's Description
We hope you will join us Friday, May 8th at 6:30pm for our 13th Annual Running of the Rams 5K Run/Walk! This year we are bringing back food truck and kids' zone and of course lots of music! Each registered runner (excluding ghost runners and Rams of Tomorrow Fun runners) will receive a wrist band valued at $10 that may be used at the food truck. You may purchase additional food as desired.
The first 400 registered participants of the 5K who cross the finish line, will receive a finisher's medal. All of our Rams of Tomorrow Fun run participants will receive a special finisher's medal.
