Teams of five will tackle a scenic 5-mile course that begins at Talyard Brewing Co, winds along Oyster Creek, and passes iconic landmarks like the Imperial Sugar Mill and Constellation Field Stadium before returning to the brewery for a well-deserved celebration.
Whether you're running, rucking, or looking to challenge yourself in the ultra division, there’s something for everyone! Build your team and register today to be part of this fantastic experience, all while supporting autism awareness and raising funds for the local charity, Hope for Three. WE'RE BACK FOR YEAR 2! JOIN US FOR THE 2ND RUNNING OR RUCKING OF THE SUGAR RUSH RELAY ON NOVEMBER 14, 2026! THIS EVENT IS A 75 MILE RELAY RACE THROUGH SUGAR LAND, TX. THE 5 MILE COURSE BEGINS AT THE TALYARD BREWING CO, THEN TOURS ALONG OYSTER CREEK, RECHARGE AT THE 1/2 WAY AID STATION AT OLD KEMPNER STADIUM, CONTINUE ON PAST THE ICONIC IMPERIAL SUGAR MILL AND CONSTELLATION FIELD STADIUM, AND FINALLY RETURNING BACK TO THE BREWERY. TEAMS OF 5 MEMBERS WILL COMPLETE 15 LAPS FOR A TOTAL OF 75 MILES. CELEBRATE WITH YOUR TEAM AFTER WITH A CRAFT BEER AND DELICIOUS FOOD OPTIONS AT TALYARD BREWING CO. GO TO THE "RACE INFO" TAB TO LEARN MORE. THERE IS A RUNNING, RUCKING, AND ULTRA DIVISION. ULTRA SOLO AND PAIRS ARE WELCOME! TEAMS SMALLER AND LARGER THAN 5 ARE WELCOME AS WELL. Teams of 5 runners will take on the 75-mile course, trading off to a teammate at the start line or at the 1/2 way Aid Station at Old Kempner Stadium. Men's, Women's, Co-ed Teams Welcome! Smaller and Larger Teams Welcome! Max 10. Note: For Fairness, Teams over 5 members can't win 1st Place. Pairs and Solo runners need to sign up as an Ultra Runner. -
75 Mile Relay Ruck

Teams of 1 to 5 ruckers will take turns shouldering the weight for 75 miles trading off to a teammate at the Start line or at the 1/2 way Aid Station at Old Kempner Stadium. - 30lb ruck weight minimum if you weigh greater than 150lbs. - 20lb ruck weight minimum if you weigh less than 150lbs. - This weight does not include does not include Rucksack, water, etc. - Rucks only, no weighted vests - Weigh-ins will occur at the team check-in. -

Solo Runners or Pairs will take on the 75-mile course. Pairs can trade off to their teammate at the start line or at the 1/2 way Aid Station at Old Kempner Stadium. Men's, Women's, Co-ed Pairs Welcome! There will be a special Tent Area for Ultra Runners close to the start area, aid station, and medics.
