Participants can choose from a variety of eight thrilling events, including three Olympic distance options—Triathlon, SwimBike, and a 10K—and four Sprint distance events featuring a Triathlon, SwimBike, 400-yard swim, and a 5K run. The 5K will uniquely start and finish at the La Crema Estate, making it a special highlight of the weekend. After crossing the finish line, athletes aged 21 and over can indulge in a well-deserved wine pour, celebrating their achievements in the heart of Sonoma's wine country. 8 EVENT OPTIONS. 3 Olympic distance events (Triathlon, SwimBike, 10K and 1640 Yard Swim) and 4 Sprint distance events (Triathlon, SwimBike, 400 yard Swim & 5k Run). All events start at Johnson's Beach with the exception of the 5K which starts and ends at La Crema Estate at Saralees Vineyard. Check out the course maps for more detailed information.
