Our gentle downhill course allows many finishers to run their personal best times. Spectacular fall foliage makes our course one of the most scenic you will experience. Race begins in Cabot and finishes at the south end of the Trail at the former Butler Junction under the highway 356 bridge over the Allegheny River.

The Annual Buffalo Creek Half-Marathon benefits the Butler Freeport Community Trail in southwest Butler County. Giveaway: TECH SHIRT (Men and Ladies sizes). PARKING: Runner parking at Cabot Methodist Church, 707 Winfield Road, Cabot, PA 16023. START LOCATION: Cabot Methodist Church, 707 Winfield Road, Cabot, PA 16023. FINISH LINE is at the southern terminus of the Butler Freeport Community Trail at the trailhead just off of Montrose Ave, Buffalo Township, PA 16229, with continuous shuttle service back to runner's parking. SAVE THE DATE!!! Third Saturday in October every year.
