Event summary

Join us for the vibrant and impactful 22 Strong Walk on Saturday, September 6th, 2025, in Cottleville, St. Charles! This annual event, now in its seventh year, is dedicated to honoring and supporting United States Military veterans, as it seeks to raise awareness about the critical issue of veteran suicide. The number 22 symbolizes the average daily loss of veterans to suicide, and this inspiring event aims to change that narrative.

Participants can choose between two exciting in-person race distances: a challenging 22-mile walk or a shorter 2.2-mile option, making it accessible for everyone to get involved. For those who prefer a virtual experience, a Remote Ruck is also available, allowing you to join from anywhere on the same day. Over the years, the 22 Strong Walk has successfully donated more than $300,000 to various organizations that make a real difference in the lives of veterans. This year, donations will support incredible beneficiaries like the FOCUS Marines Foundation, Dogs For Our Brave, and the Mid America Veterans Museum. Come be a part of this uplifting event and help make a positive impact in the lives of our heroes!
