Join us for the 28th Annual Rail Trail 10-Miler on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in York, Pennsylvania! This exciting race kicks off at 8:00 AM at Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in Seven Valleys and takes participants on a beautiful, downhill course along the York County Heritage Rail Trail. Runners will traverse ten scenic miles, passing through the historic oldest operational train tunnel in the nation, and finishing just before the Rail Trail intersects with Princess Street in downtown York.

This year’s event not only promotes fitness but also supports a great cause, benefiting The ARC of York and Adams Counties. After crossing the finish line, participants can look forward to refreshing post-race snacks and craft beer from Collusion Tap Works at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum, located conveniently across the street. Organiser's Description

On August 22, 2026, the York Road Runners Club will hold the 28th annual Rail Trail 10-Miler to benefit The ARC of York and Adams Counties.

The race starts at 8:00am at Liberty Christian Fellowship Church in Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania, and runs ten gentle, downhill miles one way north along the scenic York County Heritage Rail Trail, passing through the oldest operational train tunnel in the nation, and finishing just before the Rail Trail crosses Princess Street in downtown York, PA.

After the runners finish the course, post-race refreshments (including craft beer from Collusion Tap Works) and entertainment will take place at the Agricultural and Industrial Museum (directly across the street from the finish line).

Runners and spectators also have the opportunity to explore the Agricultural and Industrial Museum after the race. Discover York County's farming and industrial heritage through historic tractors, antique equipment, and interactive exhibits celebrating 300 years of transportation and agriculture and the development of manufacturing and industry. Don't miss out!
