Join us for the 3rd Annual Turkey Day 5k in Kasson, MN, on Thursday, November 28, 2024! This family-friendly run/walk is the perfect way to kick off your Thanksgiving morning. Choose between a 5k or 2.5k route as you burn some calories before indulging in your holiday feast. Participants aged 21 and over can enjoy Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers after the race, while everyone can refuel with water, coffee, and post-race snacks provided by the Dodge County Salvation Army.
Not only will you be supporting your health, but you'll also be helping your community, as all registration proceeds and additional donations go directly to the Food Shelf in Kasson. Costumes are highly encouraged, and there will be a fun Costume Contest with a special prize for the winner! Don't forget to register by November 13, 2024, at noon to secure your race t-shirt, available in sizes from Youth Medium to Adult XXXL. Come out to meet new friends, enjoy some festive fun, and make a difference in Dodge County. We can't wait to see you there!

Organiser's Description
Family friendly run/walk on Thanksgiving morning hosted by The Main Alternative in Kasson, MN. Burn some calories before you go eat a big meal. Bloody Mary's and Screwdrivers available for participants 21+ after the run/walk to help get you ready for family time! Water and coffee will also be provided by the Dodge County Salvation Army. Post race snacks will also be available to participants.
The 5k and 2.5k can be signed up using the same 5k link. You pick your route!
All race registration proceeds, and any extra donations will be donated directly to the Food Shelf in Kasson to help feed individuals and families in Dodge County! Neighbors helping neighbors! Come out and support your community and meet some new friends along the way!
Costumes are DEFINITELY ENCOURAGED! After the race while we're enjoying beverages, we will have a Costume Contest (the winner gets a special prize) as well as some drawings for fun prizes!
New this year, Race t-shirts will be given to participants who register by November 13, 2024, at NOON! Shirt sizes range from Youth Medium to Adult XXXL. If you are not registered by November 13, 2024, at NOON you will NOT be guaranteed a t-shirt. Be sure to sign up ASAP!
