THERE'S NO BETTER WAY TO CELEBRATE THE FALL THAN AT THE YMCA PUMPKIN DASH 5K, A FUN EVENT FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY! THE 5K WILL BE HELD ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3RD, AND BEGINS AT 10:00AM AT GLASGOW PARK.
THE 5K IS PERFECT FOR EVERYONE, WHETHER YOU'RE AN AVID RUNNER AIMING FOR A PERSONAL BEST OR PREFER TO TAKE A LEISURELY WALK AND ENJOY THE AUTUMN SCENERY. PARTICIPANTS CAN CHOOSE TO RUN THE ENTIRE COURSE OR WALK AT THEIR OWN PACE, MAKING THIS EVENT ACCESSIBLE TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
