This exciting event will take place at Tamarac City Hall, located at 7525 NW 88th Ave, Tamarac, FL. The race will start at 7:30 a.m., giving participants the perfect opportunity to enjoy the crisp morning air while running through the scenic Woodmont area. The USATF certified 5K course (3.1 miles) is flat and fast, making it ideal for runners of all levels.
Participants can look forward to a fun-filled morning with commemorative medals and t-shirts for the first 2000 registrants, along with a variety of refreshments after the race. With age divisions ranging from 9 & under to 75+, everyone is welcome to join in on the festivities. LOCATION
Tamarac City Hall, 7525 NW 88th Ave. (Pine Island Rd.) Tamarac, FL 33321
I-95 to Cypress Creek Road or Turnpike to Commercial Blvd., west to Pine Island Road, then north 1/2 mile or Sawgrass Expressway to Commercial Blvd., east to Pine Island Road, then north for 1 1/2 miles.
Parking
Parking is located behind City Hall until lot is full and in the shopping plaza located on the corner of Pine Island Rd. and McNab. Rd.
TIME
5K Run Begins at 7:30 a.m.
ENTRY FEES
Participants will receive a commemorative medal and t-shirt (Shirts are available in youth medium, youth large and adult sizes).

Registration (October 14th November 17th): $30
Late Registration (November 18th November 27th or till SELL OUT): $35

AGE DIVISIONS
Male/Female - 9 & under, 10 - 12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49,
50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.
AWARDS
Trophies to first overall three finishers based
on Gun Time. Trophies to first, second and third place
age group winners. Age group winners based on Net Time.
Awards will be presented at Tamarac City Hall after the
race.
T-SHIRTS & FINISHER MEDALS
Commemorative T-shirts guaranteed to the first 2000 registered. T-shirts or sizes are not
guaranteed on day of race. All finishers wearing a race bib will receive a medal.
WATER STATIONS
Please take advantage of the fluid stations at approximately the first and second mile markers.
REFRESHMENTS
There will be a variety of food and refreshments for all race participants following the race.
STROLLERS
Participants running or walking with strollers, please wait to go through the start line after all the runners go through.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
A medical team will be on call. Staff at each fluid station will be in contact with the medical team.
Please inform them if you or any other runner on the course needs assistance.
CHRONO-TRACK TIMING SYSTEM
Race is on a Chrono-Track Timing System. Chip is disposable and recyclable.

Race Route: Race starts at 77th St. on Pine Island Road, east on 75th, north on 80th, loops back to Pine Island Road, then south to finish line at City Hall.

Donations will benefit the Parks and Recreation Foundation of Tamarac and will be used to provide funding for youth program grants, scholarships, park equipment and recreation events. If you would like to make a donation, please indicate the amount while registering.
