Participants are encouraged to register online by May 17th to secure their t-shirt size, with the registration fee set at $35 and increasing to $40 after the deadline.
In addition to the main event, there will also be a Youth Run at 9:15 AM, featuring a casual and family-friendly atmosphere with a 1-mile route perfect for young runners. This allows families to enjoy the day together, as 5K participants can cheer on their kids while they run. Register by May 17th to guarantee your t-shirt size. Late/Day-of registrants will receive at t-shirt as available. Registrations are online only, no paper or cash accepted!
The USATF Certified 5K Run & Walk starts at 8:30 am at the Clinton High School, Elm Street, Clinton, NY 13323 (this is the parking lot next to the Clinton Cider Mill). Packet pickup will be under a tent from 7:00 am - 8:30 am. Donations are welcome.

The Youth Run will be held at 9:15 on Willams and Chestnut Streets again this year. There will be a 1-mile route and a shorter option that turns around at the top of Williams Street. The Youth Run is an untimed, family-friendly and casual activity. It is timed with the completion of the 5K run/walk to allow 5K runners to participate with their kids and for 5K runners and spectators to cheer for our younger participants.
