* Register by Friday, February 20
* Run or walk your 4K anytime between February 14-28. Post your results by March 8.
* Participants receive a free t-shirt (Shirts available for pick up March 11-15 at Rockcastle Regional Hospital or at the March 15 St. Patrick's Day race)
KIDS CLUB 2026
* Kids age 4-12 run FREE! No shirt included in registration, but may be added on for additional fee.
* Kids will receive a commemorative silicone bracelet each race! Collect 7 bracelets to receive a $25 gift card and custom Kids Club t-shirt at the end of the 2026 series!
* Kids must run or walk -- no strollers -- to be eligible for awards and incentives.
