This event invites everyone to join in the movement of being an "upstander" rather than a bystander, spreading a vital lifesaving message while participating in a 5K run/walk. Whether you choose to run, walk, volunteer, or cheer, your involvement helps educate the community on essential actions like calling 911 during emergencies, learning Hands-Only CPR, and understanding the importance of being organ donors.
The live race kicks off at 9:30 AM at Brook Run Park Amphitheater, and participants can also opt for a virtual race anytime between June 1, 2026, and March 7, 2027. The event welcomes everyone, including families, dogs on leashes, and strollers, making it a perfect outing for all. Registration includes an official race T-shirt (guarantee yours by signing up by February 14), finisher medals, and plenty of post-race festivities such as food, music, and games! Don't miss
