Organiser's Description
Run, walk, or roll for our 3rd annual fun run to raise awareness for KCNA2 Epilepsy in beautiful Cook Park! This year we have a goal of raising $25,000 to support current drug development research. We have scientists at the University of Toronto and the University of T"ubingen, Germany actively testing promising compounds to treat the condition. We can help speed up this process through grant funding provided by our organization but we need your support! Help us get to $25k so our KCNA2 families can access these potential treatments as soon as possible!
WHAT IS KCNA2?

The mutation causes the potassium channel to function improperly resulting in epilepsy and developmental disorders.
