Join us for the 4th Annual North Canaan Santa Chase 5K on Saturday, December 7, 2024, in the scenic Northwest Hills of North Canaan! This exciting and festive event features a fairly flat out-and-back course starting at the downtown elementary school. Runners will head north on West Main to the state line before turning around to finish back at the school.
Participants can look forward to mile markers, water at the finish line, and chip timing to ensure accurate results. As a USATF sanctioned event, the 5K course is certified (CT21001JHP), making it a fantastic opportunity for runners of all levels to achieve their personal best. Awards will be based on Gun finish time and will be presented around noon at the Great Falls Brewing Company, providing a perfect chance to celebrate your accomplishment with fellow runners. Organiser's Description
Fairly flat out-and-back starting downtown at the elementary school, run north on West Main to the state line, turn around and finish back at the school. Mile marks, water at the finish, chip timing. Awards will be based on Gun finish time. 5K. USATF sanctioned race. USATF certified 5K course (CT21001JHP), COVID-19 protocols may be requjred (masks and social distancing), Awards will be made available around noon at the Great Falls Brewing Company.
