The Pumpkin Run is a 5K (3.1 miles). Open to adults and kids ages 5 and up (kids ages 5-13 must be accompanied by an adult). Finishers receive a medal and are entered in prize drawings for some great prizes! This is a no-pressure event and participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. Everyone who crosses the 5K finish line will receive a finishers medal and be included in our event-day prize drawings. Munchkin Mile

Children must be accompanied to the event by an adult. The Munchkin Mile is open to ages 10 and under and is 1-mile roundtrip through an established walking path at the Malone Rec Park. The path is paved and runs through a largely wooded area (state st. side of park). Volunteers will be along the munchkin route however, parents/guardians are encouraged to accompany their munchkins. Parents/Guardians assume responsibility for unaccompanied runners. After the run, munchkin participants will receive a medal and are invited to decorate a real pumpkin to take home.
