The festivities kick off with the chip-timed, USATF-certified 5K race starting at 7:00 PM, followed by the Family Fun Run/Walk at 7:30 PM. Dress in your best glow gear as you illuminate the Washington waterfront in a celebration of community spirit! For those who prefer to participate from home, the virtual options allow you to run or walk between September 13 and 20, with an interactive Race Day Experience App providing live tracking and virtual cheers. With awards for overall finishers and various age categories, as well as family team recognitions, this is an event you won't want to miss. So mark your calendars and get ready to shine bright at the Hannah's Heroes of NC Glow Run!

MULTIPLE OPTIONS FOR 2025
IN-PERSON EVENT Run a chip-timed, USATF certified 5K with safety precautions in place and post-race snacks on 9/13. 5K race begins at 7:00 followed by Family Fun Run/Walk at 7:30pm. Be sure to wear your best GLOW GEAR as we run/walk on the Washington waterfront!

T-Shirt sizes will be guaranteed to all participants who register by August 23rd. Sizes will be Youth (Small to XL) and Adult (Small to XXL).
