Join us for the 8th Annual 5K Walk/Run for Overdose Awareness on Thursday, June 25, 2026, in the beautiful Naugatuck Valley, Shelton, CT! This inspiring event aims to promote education and awareness around drug overdose while benefiting BHcare's Alliance for Prevention & Wellness. Whether you choose to run or walk the 5K course, you’ll be part of a meaningful cause alongside family, friends, and colleagues.
Registration is just $40, and if you sign up before June 18th, you’ll receive a complimentary T-shirt! Participants aged 10 years and younger can join for free, although they won't receive a T-shirt. For those registering on the day of the event, the fee remains $40 (cash/check only) without a T-shirt. As a special tribute, you can have a loved one’s name added to the “In Memory of...” section on the back of the shirt. Don’t miss the chance to connect with the community, enjoy a timed race, and participate in a candlelight vigil following the run/walk, featuring a special guest speaker. This event benefits BHcare's Alliance for Prevention & Wellness. F.A.D.E (Fighting Against Drugs Everywhere) is an organization that brings education and awareness to drug overdose and awareness.
-Registration is a $40 Race Fee + sign up fee and a free T-shirt if you register before June 18th.
-Anyone 10yrs old and younger are free with no t-shirt
-Day of registration is $40 for anyone older than 10 (Cash/check only) with no t-shirt.
At checkout you'll have the option of having your loved one's name added to the "In Memory of..." section on the back of the shirt. Please give us the first and last name of your loved one so we don't duplicate names. The deadline to collect names is June 18th.
