Join us for the exciting 914th ARW Family Day 5k on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at the beautiful Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station! This vibrant event celebrates family and community, featuring a scenic 5k run/walk along the base roads, with a delightful turnaround in front of our heritage park and static displays. While the course is not USATF certified, participants can look forward to a fun and friendly atmosphere, with hand-timed results ensuring everyone has a fair chance to enjoy the experience.
In addition to the main race, there’s a special treat for younger participants with a kids 1/2 mile race taking place at the conclusion of the 5k. Please note that this event is exclusively open to those with access to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, making it a unique opportunity to engage with the local community. Organiser's Description
Niagara Falls Air Reserve station celebrates family day weekend with a 5k run/walk. Course is set up on the base roads with a turn around in front our heritage park and static displays. The course is NOT USATF certified and will be hand timed. There is also a kids 1/2 mile race at the conclusion of the 5k. The event is only open to those with access to the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Starting point is in front of hangar 850.
