Join us for the 9th Annual Iredell County Special Olympics Thanksgiving Turkey Chase on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in the scenic city of Statesville, Iredell. This exciting event features a 5k and 10k race, as well as a fun run for all ages and abilities, making it a perfect way to kick off the holiday season with friends and family.
Participants are encouraged to give back to the community by bringing canned foods and gently worn shoes or clothes to support Fifth Street Ministries and BackPack Ministries. The race will take place on a beautiful greenway and road course, so lace up your running shoes and get ready to chase those turkeys! Please note, for the safety of all, dogs are not allowed on the course. Don’t miss out on this uplifting event that combines fitness, fun, and philanthropy!
