Join us for the 9th Annual MCAC Fit to Achieve 5K on Saturday, March 21, 2026, in the charming town of Forsyth, Monroe! This exciting event promotes a healthy lifestyle and supports our students' service-learning projects. The 5K race will take place on a scenic course that starts and ends at the Monroe County Achievement Center. Forsyth is conveniently located just an hour south of Atlanta and 30 minutes north of Macon, making it an easy destination for participants from all around.
Runners of all ages are encouraged to participate, with awards for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, ranging from 6 to 75+. Don't miss your chance to show off your creativity, as prizes will also be awarded for the best-dressed group and the most creative costume! Plus, all proceeds will benefit the educational experiences of students at the Monroe County Achievement Center. Be sure to register by March 6, 2026, to guarantee your race shirt. The race is a 5K course beginning and ending at the Monroe County Achievement Center in Forsyth, GA. Forsyth is located approximately one hour south of Atlanta and 30 minutes north of Macon.
