African American Male Wellness Agency Pittsburgh Health Fair & 5K Walk on Saturday August 22, 2026 from 7 am to 12 pm, with the 5K starting at 10:00 am. This event is dedicated to raising awareness about Black mens health issues and promoting preventive care. Join us and other local organizations for this FREE outdoor wellness event for the whole family. The event will include health screenings, health education, fun for kids, music and a 5K walk.
