Join us for the Andy King Memorial 5K and Kids Run on Saturday, November 7, 2026, in the scenic town of Woodstock, Virginia! This heartwarming event, now in its third year, honors the legacy of Andy King, an esteemed agriculture leader and Captain in the U.S. Army Reserves who tragically passed away in the line of duty on November 2, 2023. Runners of all ages can participate in the Kids Mile starting at 9:00 A.M., followed by the exciting 5K race at 9:30 A.M.
In addition to the in-person races, this year introduces a NEW virtual 5K option, allowing participants to join from anywhere while still contributing to a noble cause. Proceeds from the event benefit an agriculture scholarship for students in the Shenandoah Valley, ensuring that Andy King's spirit continues to inspire future generations. The race begins and ends at Massanutten Military Academy, located at 614 S. Main Street, Woodstock, VA 22664. Third Annual 5K race and Kids Run in Woodstock, VA benefiting an agriculture scholarship for students in the Shenandoah Valley. The scholarship and race are both in memory of Andy King, an agriculture industry leader and Captain in the United States Army Reserves who died in the line of duty November 2, 2023.
