Get ready for a fantastic day of fun and fitness at the Annual Fun Run for Charities on Saturday, September 5th, 2026, in beautiful Red Lodge, Carbon! This exciting event promises to bring the community together for a great cause, raising funds for 67 participating charities. Over the past 22 years, the event has successfully raised more than $4.9 million, and this year, with your help, we aim to continue that incredible legacy.
Join us at Lion's Park, where charity and registration booths will open bright and early at 7 am. Runners of all levels can choose from three exhilarating race distances: a 2-mile, a 5K, or a challenging 10K, all kicking off at 9 am sharp. Make sure to arrive early to get to the starting line by 8:45 am! Participants can pick up their T-shirts and bibs starting Thursday, September 3rd, and throughout the day on Friday, with race-day pickups available from 6:30 am. Don't miss out on the chance to win prizes for overall and age-category winners, as well as fun categories like Best Individual Costume, Best Group Costume, and Best Dog Costume. We can't wait to

Thanks to sponsors, donors, participants, and volunteers, were looking forward to another year of incredible community collaboration to fundraise for 67 participating charities! You've helped us raise more than $4.9 million in the last 22 years! We hope you'll help us continue the trend this year.
Charity and registration booths open at 7 am at Lion's Park on Saturday, September 5th. The starting gun will go off for all three events, 2 mile, 5k, and 10k, at 9 am sharp. Participants will be guided to the starting line at Broadway Ave at 8:45 am.
Participants can pick up their T-shirts and bibs starting on Thursday, September 3rd, and on Friday, September 4th, from 9 am to 6 pm at 122 S Hauser Ave in Red Lodge (The Red Lodge Area Community Foundation). T-shirts and bibs can also be picked up on Race day, starting at 6:30 am.
Prizes will be awarded to overall and age-category winners. All participants will receive a Fun Run T-shirt! We will also have prizes for Best Individual Costume, Best Group Costume, and Best Dog Costume
